“ Blake Schwarzenbach of Jawbreaker debuted a new band, Thorns of Life with Aaron Cometbus and Daniela Sea, late last year. That band has broken up and Schwarzenbach’s new trio, forgetters (who may continue playing Thorns of Life songs), with bassist Caroline Paquita and Kevin Mahon (the first drummer for Against Me!) is already slated to play a string of shows. The first of those will be this Friday, September 18th at Lit Lounge with Golden City (Eric Richter of Christie Front Drive), Solar Powered Sun Destroyer and Thought & Memory.
