Three of the trucks in this image were part of the Eat & Tweet Challenge I threw in October to celebrate the release of my book and each truck made a This is Why You’re Fat-inspired menu item. Rickshaw ended up having to cancel and we brought on Van Leeuwen Ice Cream truck last minute, all the trucks involved were all totally awesome to work with and their food is delish!
